GeoData Quality Policy
GeoData has developed a Quality Management System that enhances the ability to meet client requirements on a consistent, sustainable basis. Through the empowerment of its analysts, GeoData strives to continually improve this system and enhance client satisfaction. Quality Objectives have been implemented to encourage analysts to observe, update and implement processes designed to enable meeting or exceeding these goals effectively and efficiently.
Quality Objectives:
1) GeoData will have a client approval rate of first time submissions of at least 95%.
2) GeoData will have an internal QC approval rate of first time submissions of at least 80%.
